Website terms
Last updated: November 3, 2026
The purpose of these pages and the terms that need separate agreement for a real engagement.
1. Publisher and use of the website
This website is published by LAV JA ESTETICA AUTOMOTIVA LTDA, at AV MENINO MARCELO, 950, Q 761 LT 1076, SERRARIA, MACEIÓ - AL, 57046-005, Brazil, and introduces reference-led awning, tent and visual-communication information. You may read the information and use the local enquiry screen to organise a request. These website terms explain what those actions do and what needs separate agreement. The public pages are available without an account, payment or subscription. They are an introduction to a possible conversation, not a complete engagement letter, purchase order, legal opinion, production specification or promise that a particular request can be accepted.
2. Information and its limits
The service descriptions indicate subjects that can be discussed and the materials useful for an initial enquiry. They do not establish availability, a fixed fee, a delivery deadline or suitability for every use. The reference offering does not establish that the publisher supplies or installs these items. Confirm the responsible provider and any affiliation separately before an engagement. Check material assumptions directly before relying on them. The publisher may correct descriptions when information changes. An omission from the website does not create a contractual entitlement, and a concise overview does not replace the specific instructions and review needed for a real engagement.
3. Examples and illustrations
The photographs, local videos and translated reviews originate from the Planeta Tendas reference. They remain attributed to that business and are not presented as LAV JA ESTETICA AUTOMOTIVA LTDA’s projects, customers or qualifications. The visible material should be understood within that stated scope. A sample label, diagram or illustrative measurement is not a record about a real customer or a guarantee that an equivalent result has already been delivered commercially. Do not remove context that identifies a study or drawing as illustrative. The site makes no claim that images show the publisher’s premises, employees, installed projects or manufactured stock. Any later deliverable needs its own agreed purpose and approval.
4. Enquiries do not send automatically
The website validates your name, reply email and message before preparing a draft. It displays the draft locally and offers an optional mailto link to [email protected]. No website submission, email delivery, booking, payment or reservation occurs when you press Prepare email draft. If you choose to open an email application, review its recipient, subject and body before deciding whether to send. The publisher cannot confirm receipt from the screen. Keep another appropriate route in mind if a matter is time sensitive.
5. Agreeing a project or service
An accepted engagement needs a clear record of the request, its boundaries and the party responsible for approvals. Relevant points include the reference topic, actual responsible supplier, dimensions, specification, quotation and fulfilment arrangements, source materials, timing, any dependencies, price and payment terms. None is settled simply because the interest selector contains a matching label. Work should not be assumed to have started until it is expressly accepted through a suitable agreement. The website provides no instant checkout and takes no deposit. A conversation can identify an unsuitable request without creating an obligation to undertake it.
6. Materials and permissions
Only supply materials you have a right to share for the proposed purpose. Explain ownership, licence limits, confidentiality needs and any restrictions on distribution before work begins. Initial enquiry text should remain brief and should not contain third-party private records, account credentials or unrestricted system access. Permission to discuss a project is not automatically permission to publish the material, include it in a public portfolio or sublicense it. Responsibility for checking supplied facts, obtaining necessary permissions and approving the final content must be assigned in the engagement.
7. Reviews, changes and acceptance
A real assignment should specify how the reference topic, actual responsible supplier, dimensions, specification, quotation and fulfilment arrangements will be reviewed and accepted. Clarify who can give instructions, how consolidated feedback will be collected, and what counts as a change outside the original scope. A new audience, format, quantity or use can affect the work required. The website does not promise unlimited revisions or include every later adaptation. Keep written approvals and raise a concern while it can still be addressed. Do not infer a final delivery date from the speed of an initial email exchange.
8. Fees, purchases and third-party costs
No fee, stock price or paid subscription is quoted on this website. There is no shopping cart and no mechanism to collect a card number or payment credential. Any future price must be confirmed for the actual scope, currency, taxes and any applicable third-party cost before acceptance. A service provider, printer, installer, email company or software subscription is not automatically included in a quote merely because it may be relevant to the work. Do not make a payment to an address copied from an unverified message.
9. Use of authored material
The website’s original text, diagrams and studies are presented for browsing and explaining the proposed work. Viewing them does not grant exclusive ownership, a production licence or permission to represent an independent concept as your commissioned project. Font licences made available with local assets apply to those font files separately. Any licence or transfer for commissioned output should describe the approved material, permitted uses, payment conditions and source-file handover. Rights in supplied third-party materials remain subject to the permissions and licences applicable to those materials.
10. Appropriate conduct and external services
Do not misuse the site to send threats, malicious code, bulk unsolicited messages or material you cannot lawfully share. The pages do not provide secure document storage or an emergency response channel. Your browser, network and email application operate under their own settings and terms; the publisher does not control whether they retain drafts or open a particular mail handler. A local diagram or concept does not certify compatibility with every browser, device, production process or external platform. Agree technical requirements relevant to the actual deliverable.
11. Corrections, disputes and mandatory rights
If you notice incorrect information or have a concern about a received service, describe the specific page or agreement and the correction or resolution requested. The published contact is [email protected]; opening a draft alone is not confirmation of receipt. These website terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, data rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about a commissioned service must also be considered against the actual accepted scope and applicable law. Changes to website wording do not silently rewrite a previously accepted agreement.
